SCAM WARNING - TICKETS ON SALE! Do NOT purchase from Tickets on Sale - it's a complete RIPOFF. PRICE GOUGING that should be illegal - ticket prices way above face value, even on ones that are readily available from the venue. Tickets arrive so late you're a day from the event with no reassurance they're even actually coming to plan your night out. Give a range of seats and deliver on the worst in the section. No recourse to cancel or get a refund. Read the fine print - they don't even guarantee your tickets are coming! Paid to appear at top of Google searches so you inadvertently click on them instead of the venue or a trusted source like Ticketmaster or a legit resale ticket vendor like Stub Hub. DO NOT BUY from this website!

Like many others, thought this was the legit site to buy the tickets from. Was told each ticket would be $164. I bought 2 tickets and was astounded to see that there was about a $100 processing charge on top of that. Only when I went to print the tickets did I realize that the original price of $62 each and the name of the original ticket holder was on the tickets. I was heartbroken to find out I had been scammed out of hundreds of dollars. It feels horrible to be scammed. I wanted to treat my boyfriend and I to a night out and we are both in college, that money would have been nice to keep.

We spent over $500 on tickets to a musical. The tickets were never delivered. After spending the entire 24+ hours prior to the event calling multiple times and continuing to check for the tickets we still never received. They continue to say they were delivered and there's nothing they can do. So we never were able to attend the event and we're now out $500. The company is a scam.

Not sure how they are still, legitimately, operating as they scam people. They give no receipt when you request one. At the beginning of Sept. 2021, we purchased five tickets for Celtic Thunder in Milwaukee, supposedly appearing 12/18/21. A couple of us noticed that when checking the theater site, the date disappeared for the concert. Checked with the venue and they said yes, it will be rescheduled, but didn't know when. It then showed on their site for March 26,2022. No information from anyone regarding this. Again, the show disappeared and no information from anyone. Now it is unknown when, or if, it will even happen. Celtic Thunder canceled through 2024. When trying to go through TicketsOnSale, Paypal and other sources, no one would cooperate with reimbursement even though they knew all along the concert wouldn't happen. They refuse to pay back the money. Worst purchasing experience ever and a huge SCAM! This also reflects badly on Celtic Thunder. If the rating could be a 0, it would be... or less. OH, we NEVER received tickets!

This web site will pirate you from legit web sites when you are purchasing tickets. They over charge you for that event and has a non refundable clause no matter what your reasons are for not being able to attend.
At Ticketonsale I purchased 4 tickets for $345.08. At the correct event web site 4 tickets are $180. I am unable to travel from New York to Wyoming in August and they WILL not refund my money. Please be smarter than I was. I can't afford to give away $345.06 like I just did.

Paid three times as much as other Ticket Agents. Band was not almost sold out as stated. Insurance Policy offers little coverage. Must have a doctor's note to void tickets for illness.

I was just as skeptical as everyone else here. I wasn't paying attention when I was buying for tickets to see AEW in Philadelphia. I knocked a star off the review because the site is extremely deceptive but it's clearly written it's a reseller website if you look hard enough. It did take two months to get my tickets, I did pay double the price, but thank the heavens the tickets were legit as it was ringside third row. I really think a lot of the one star reviews are from bad sellers not a bad site itself. That said I most likely won't be using this site in the future - but I did want to leave a review as there are examples out there where things worked out just fine after a bit of sweating waiting for the tickets to arrive.

I bought tickets for Neil Gaiman. At the time, my brain questioned the very high fees but I did it anyway. The e-tickets just arrived. Two days before the show. I paid two and a half times the face value of the tickets and they are not even in my name. Use known ticket sellers like ticketmaster or stubhub, these folks are ticket "resellers" and I did not notice. I must admit I didn't read it all the way through please don't spend your hard earned money with these folks I'm sorry I did, it was a very expensive mistake for this pensioner.

They message me a day before to tell me they could not fullfill my order and they tried to give me a replacement from far away. I had bought Floor tickets on row 6. They gave me an option row 46 in a different section. It broke my heart. Not only was I was having a bad week and was looking for this concert. I was so devastated and had to cancel.

Yikes - i almost bought tickets for the Miami city ballet at the Broward performing arts center through "Tickets on sale". I wanted to find tkts for the 5pm show on Sunday. I saw it was a resale site so I wanted to see what might be available via the theater or the ballet websites. Something was weird because when i looked on the theater and ballet websites, it shows no 5 pm show - only Saturday night and Sunday at 2. I therefore called the Miami city ballet today. THERE IS NO SHOW at 5 pm on Sunday. Tickets on Sale didn't even do their homework well. What a scam! Thank goodness I did not buy tickets.

TicketsOnsale is THE WORST! Avoid at all costs. To be honest, this is my once in a long time type review because I am so very disappointed. Pay more somewhere else to save talking the their customer service team. You will thank me for reading this. I paid for tickets, which I never received. I was told to accept through email, the email was never delivered. Told to check SPAM, promotions box, junk folder, in which a confirmation email was nonexistent. Eight calls, numerous online chats and six hours later in total, no tickets and no refund. I was unable to go to my event. Terrible customer service is an understatement. I contacted my Credit Card company to dispute charges, posted this review on multiple review sites and reported to BBB. TicketsOnsale is a middleman service who could care less of who you are. They connect you to 3rd Party sellers who could be scams and criminals. This company needs to be stopped and shut down. Customer service must be outsourced and have zero ability to refund, help or assist. Resolution is multiple 2-3 minute holds in hopes that you give up, hang up and stop calling. Another offer suggested that I sign into or download the following APPS; AXS, TicketMaster, SeatGeek and other potential legitimate services in hopes to find my tickets. I felt that each call provided another entirely different creative option to hopefully discover the tickets I purchased. 8 calls with 8 magical suggestions which did not work. Complete joke. After the fact, all posted reviews are bots, paid ratings and fake. Reality is F rating with BBB, falsely posted client ratings, false money back guarantee, false 100% customer satisfaction, I could go on and on. I hope whoever reads this spreads this message like wildfire. Do not buy from this company.

Husband tried to surprise me with Hamilton tickets. He spent WAY more than I would agreed to pay and then 2 days before the show the event changed from 8p to 2p. They wouldn't give us a refund when we couldn't book the babysitter. Buy at your own risk. Never again for me.

They will sell you the tickets four times the real price. Once you found it, they won't do anything but write your name down and marked.

They overcharge for tickets which they don't deliver and then try to enroll you on automatic PayPal payments

What the company does is purchase tickets from box offices and mark up ticket prices $200 or more from the original price and sell the tickets. It's unbelievable. Refusing to give a refund.
They have terrible customer service.
Just go directly to Box offices and purchase tickets from them. NEVER from TicketOnSale
