Buying the tickets was easy. I bought them 4 months in advance for over $500. However I don't have the tickets. I got an email telling me I'll have them before the concert but it is not very reassuring. There's nothing in the app to show that I've even purchased them. All I have to go on is the one email saying my purchase was confirmed. It's an awful lot of money to pay and then trust that I'll have the tickets the day before the event. I'm a little worried about a scam but for now all I can do is wait and see.

Only issue I can think of is, once I selected my seats, I had less than 10 minutes to complete the order. I was able to complete in about 7 minutes. But for anyone using this site for the first time, I suggest adding a few minutes. Other than that, it's a smooth process.
