I got on line early to purchase tickets the site offered tickets for $233 each bought 2. Final price $626.00 NO explanation of fees but they did ask for $39.00 for ticket protection. After purchasing the tickets. I checked directly through Mountain Winery ticket sales and 2 tickets a few rows away were $368 all fees included through AXS ticket sales. Apparently I have to get my tickets from AXS anyway so why am I paying your company almost $300 extra? Highway robbery in my opinion and you're not forthcoming on all the details and information before a person pays for the tickets.

Your service fees per ticket are too high and the ordering system is not easy to use.
It was easy to pay them. They said I received a link to get the ticket, which never came. I e-mailed them the issue and never heard back from them. I contacted the venue and they said the tickets were free. So, they seem to be a scam, at least for this show.
Tried to buy tickets and was denied but was charged anyway. Went to buy again and denied and charged again. Now I'm waiting for all my money to be refunded to my bank. Or if I did actually get the tickets then I would have to sell them because I can't refund the tickets. Frustrating!

This website is a scam. You are seriously selling tickets for double and triple the price from the vendor. The tickets do NOT have the buyers name on it. The vendor cannot guarantee the person listed on the tickets will not show. This is ridiculous
