I spent a lot of money for my daughter to see Melanie Martinez & everytime I go onto Ticketmaster to transfer the tickets they aren't there. I did pay for the insurance so I've giving you people 1 more week before I demand a refund. If I sold tickets to someone, they would have them 20 seconds after I received the money. This is insane.
