You're allowing second hand sales from people who know their tickets aren't allowed to be resold by the vendor they purchased from. That is poor ethics, bad business practice. It's unfortunate that you and your team aren't engaged enough to know what people using your site are doing and that you've done nothing to vet the product they and you put out to customers. My boyfriend and I are losing 600$ in tickets. That must be minute fraction of the total dollars in fraudulent sales transactions conducted on your poorly regulated.

First of all I searched ticketmaster, and thought I was on their site. When I did buy the tickets, I got a notification that they should be available by December 5th for a December 7th concert. The whole thing feels super shady and I won't even know until 2 days before if I'm really going to get my tickets that I just paid $1,300 for. Extremely dissatisfied. 5 months of anticipation to see if I just blew over $1,300.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
