Efficient and easy process. From start to finish then simply added tickets to wallet on iPhone. Great!

You're allowing second hand sales from people who know their tickets aren't allowed to be resold by the vendor they purchased from. That is poor ethics, bad business practice. It's unfortunate that you and your team aren't engaged enough to know what people using your site are doing and that you've done nothing to vet the product they and you put out to customers. My boyfriend and I are losing 600$ in tickets. That must be minute fraction of the total dollars in fraudulent sales transactions conducted on your poorly regulated.

Although I had a difficult time finding the seats for the price, I wanted I was finally able to do so. I do not like the fact that the tickets are not mailed. You must use your phone.

It was easy to buy the tickets, however the $70+ per ticket processing fee I thought is ridiculously high.

I bought 3 tickets at the full price and then received an email offering me a 10% discount. Very frustrating and disappointing!

No support, help or understanding. Emails boxes are not monitored so no one even reads them and after 2 phone calls from the UK to the US still no help!

It was pretty easy to buy tickets but was sad to learn I couldnt pick my actual seats on a seating map. This was almost a deal breaker.

The tickets were $44 each. I bought 2. They charged me $124.32! What the hell? Never again.

You denied my transaction. That's ok- I went with stub hub and paid more for better seats. Your loss on the extra fees! Peace

You charged me twice for the same 2 seats. My experience was not good. You charge me twice for the same two tickets at one baseball game. This is unacceptable. Do you make the refund process almost impossible to comply with.

No tickets were sent. Never got the email to sign in. Poor customer service.

Quick and Easy. Results were emailed quickly to my selected address and allowed for easy check in at rhe gate of rhe event.

When I placed my order, there was no mention of a service charge or a charge to email the tickets to me!

First of all I searched ticketmaster, and thought I was on their site. When I did buy the tickets, I got a notification that they should be available by December 5th for a December 7th concert. The whole thing feels super shady and I won't even know until 2 days before if I'm really going to get my tickets that I just paid $1,300 for. Extremely dissatisfied. 5 months of anticipation to see if I just blew over $1,300.
