I paid $100 above the ticket price and unknown cost. Tickets on sale did not supply that information before I make my purchase. I feel cheated buy tickets on sale and I know that tickets on sale would've charge me $50 per ticket I would have purchased them directly from the artist

Haven't received my tickets. Actually very nervous cause people have told me I should get them automatically. I hope this is a joke. These tickets are for a disabled girl and I can't afford to replace them

It´s a great option for tickets and a safe way to buy online hope to use again.

I paid $180+ for a pair of $66 tickets. That's pretty ridiculous.

I got told that I'd receive my tickets the day I bought them, I did not. Customer service told me "don't worry you have till the day if your event to get them" everywhere online said they'd do this and that's how they scam you and you'll never receive your tickets

I tried to purchase Cure tickets through live nation. I was sent to this site that cannot legally sell The Cure tickets. After getting redirected to Paypal and after being charged, they said my cart had expired. That led to try again with the exact same results. Now I might have purchased 2 sets of tickets from an UNAUTHORIZED dealer. I'm very dissapointed. Pretty shady.

I have tried multiple delivery methods and I have still not received my tickets. I reached out to customer service almost four days ago and no response. These tickets were almost $400 and I don't have anything for it.

I did not find out until after I submitted my payment/request that my view was obstructed. This information was included on my confirmation email. This information should have been provided to me BEFORE I purchase the tickets. Not afterwards. I was told that it was up to me to sell the tickets to someone else if I didn't want them. I don't work for this venue or the ticket company. It is not my responsibility to sell tickets. Especially tickets that were sold to me without providing all the needed information. I will never attend another show at this venue or shop through this ticket company. EVER!

It pissed me off. Down loaded Gpay, Gwallet,ticket master and went on a 4 hour search to try and bring up my tickets.

Not to bad to navigate around the only thing was bad was trying to choose your set.

These tickets was a fake and did not get to see the show. Got to venue and staff stated tickets was fraudulent and was denied entry a dania improv comedy theate...DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THIS SITE. I LOST $298.99

I'll let you know when I go to the concert. I couldn't obtain my tickets and I tried contacting tickets on sale and I couldn't reach them

The site is easy to use, I was somewhat waiting for the arrival of the tickets, but they arrived just in time.

I did not appreciate the way the insurance offer was structured. No price listed when I selected "protect your purchase" and the process not adjusting gives the impression that the service is at no additional cost. After completing my purchase I am told that I will see the insurance as a separate charge. I still don't know what it's going to cost me at that point. I feel that this is a bit of a deceptive practice and that you should be upfront with all costs associated with the purchase.

I was attempting to purchase tickets for the same show in my area, but the tickets were RIDICULOUSLY overpriced, according to the comedian we were going to see. This site is the only one I could find that had tickets for his show, at the price he has told his followers he charges. Now I am driving myself and 2 other people out of state, 5 1/2 hours from where we live, to go see him because of this site. Now we get a show and a mini vacation, while at the same time doing as he has asked. And that's to not pay inflated prices for his show..

I purchased I thought 4 tickets together for my wife and 2 young children but after the purchase was informed that the seats are not together. The link I clicked on was from the event website and did not have any disclosures or warnings about seats not being together. I contacted your company to cancel the order literally as soon as I received the email letting me know seats were not guaranteed and was told all sales are final. I have reported you to my Amex card as a fraudulent charge.
