Didn't want the tickets. Tried to go back a page on the site and the tickets got ordered. I contacted the customer service within 2 minutes and the response was awful. No refund. They said it's my problem and I should sell them myself.

Looking for their cars. I understand no have to park in those places but other people make a lot money from the concert persons too. They said was 36 cars took and everyone had to pay almost 400 hundred dollars sad.

Nothing to do with price. Just a lack of information/or information given at a later stage. Should inform the client that they will need to fill in a document/form as soon as the payment is done.
Anyway, my order got cancelled automatically and I am left with an amount of $69.27 dollars that I paid for insurance...how do I get this money back. Please get back to me and inform me of same so I can safely get my money back. Thanks

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
