Experience was great, but service fees are ridiculously high!

I don't like that it doesn't give you a seat number. And when the email come a through with the tickets, the link doesn't work! So I've wasted $95+$8 for the insurance. No one responds back to the email you send notifying them of this issue! I've been waiting on a response for five days now.

The stadium seating chart did not match the ticket selections. The confirmation process is also screwed up in that you can't be on the ticketmaster page and look at the email confirmation code and then go back in to enter the code for password reset. Not an effective way to confirm and should be a text to the number for that account so it actually works correctly.

The tickets I purchased from this website did not work at the concert I went to. I will be pursuing reimbursement through my credit card company. This website is a scam.

My experience was good purchasing tickets, however I wanted 3 tickets and there was no option to choose 3. It was 1,2,4 or 6. Wish I could of purchased 3

List price appeared on the site isnt the amount actually paid. Too late to cancel upon realizing the fact as tickets are not refundable. Very disappointed. Ticket was listed for $244 and were actually charged $335!

I bought the tickets months in advance, and the website hasn't shown the tickets on the website. It's just a little nerve wracking getting told my tickets might not show up until the day before the show.

Little surprised at the service charge. $100 plus insurance plus plus plus - turned an initial quote of $380 (2@ $175 into ~ $550. If that is what it costs why not say $255 x 2 plus tax. At least I could have chosen a less expensive seat. I think Houst Ballet might should consider a less expensive ticketing service.

It was a fast purchase and I now have tickets in my phone!

9:20PM ANITA BAKER BRAVES THE STAGE TO BAD AUDIO, NO VIDEO AND SPENT MOST OF THE FIRST HOUR POINTING OUT THE ISSUES ON THE STAGE WITH THE SOUND TEAM
