The process between the Website on my computer and then requiring the mobile app on my phone was extremely difficult. It was not clear even thought I followed all the instructions step by step. When I received my tickets the mobile app did not show me the upload to my google wallet until after several attempts. I had to reach out to the customer support. They were very good and at least then I felt comfortable that I would eventually get my tickets.
Obviously ticket on sale is a reseller. I paid $65 dollars for $26 dollar parking pass.
I was completely disappointed with this experience. I live in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada and I went to the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium website to purchase tickets for a concert in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada! I went through the process and completed the purchase for 2 tickets for $521.00 (which I thought was high to being with). Then, after the transaction was completed I was notified that the price was in U.S. funds! There was no indication I was dealing in U.S. funds - why should I when I live in Thunder Bay and that is where the concert is?!? Now the cost is $742.00 for 2 tickets! I'm sure this company is aware of this. This is almost criminal?!? Never again.
Can't tell if I've received my tickets. Show is August 1st and I have an email saying they'll transfer July 31st fir an Aug 1 show. Received another saying I should have them but don't see them

I checked the box for 2 tickets so it made sense to me that the price would reflect that. I was wrong & a bit shocked when the price was double. You need to say that the price is for one ticket. I went ahead and bought the two tickets but only because I didn't want to go through the entire process again. Call me disappointed!
Easy access to tkts. The concert was delayed 1 hour because of threat of rain. We didn't get any notice of this delay. That would have been nice.
