I searched for Ticket Master on Google. Somehow ended up on this site instead. I don't buy tickets very often so I didn't realize this was a resale site until the charge hit my credit card. The charges were in USD so I ended up paying 40% more than I should have and there is a no refund policy.

I was charged an additional $30 on top of the original ticket price without my knowledge.

Well I've been waiting for this uplifting event and finally came at the right time

Beware of this company, this is the firts time I purchase from this website. I recently bought a parking ticket for an event, the price listed was $87.00 and did not say plus taxes or additional prices but overall price. The website never disclosed they would be tagging on extra fees, as it showed total price. It was not until I confirmed and purchased ticket, it surprised me by charging $125.00 and additional $38.00. This is deceptive tactci by company and website.

Is was difficult to figure out seating before purchasing. I also had an error on my confirmation phone number. My agent(davinder.singh) was extremely patient and helpful!

I chose to buy a parking ticket. I was ok with the price that I chose. But there was nowhere that showed there would be additional costs or even what they would be. I thought a parking pass would be a single fee. After I checked out and got the receipt, the price increased by $25! No idea what those charges even were as it's not itemized anywhere.

It is an outrage that you take a $#*! ton of extra money for a service fee (what service fee? You sell ticket so wtf, it is your job). And on top of it you take another ton of money for delivery fee. What is wrong with you! Shame on you greedy bastards. Tickets for $124 now cost me $170. I consider that criminal!

I'm buying in Canada for an event in Canada... I didn't know until I saw my bank statement that you were charging me in USD for some reason... it's not until you get to the bottom of the the paragraphs of text does it mention this (I only noticed after going back prior to writing this.)

Just add an option to use local currency!

They would not refund ten minutes after purchase. Very expensive. Stupidly bought ticket insurance. Added an extra $7.50 in operate transaction to self. I didn't find out true cos t until I looked at bill after transaction.

This purchase was processed in error. Please assist in refunding

Like many people in the reviews, I googled ticketmaster and thought I was on the ticketmaster site. I expected fees to be charged so didn't fall for the subtotal price shown. All ticket sites have fees. Got 4 tickets to Journey/Def Leppard at CBP. Hit submit and then realized...I'm not on the ticketmaster site! Who the hell is tickets for sale dot com? Got an email saying my tickets will arrive 7/21 for a 7/23 concert. It's March! What?! Thought for sure I was just scammed. Hemmed and hauled for 24 hours and then woke up this morning and my tickets are in my inbox from Phillies.com. So...here's the long and short of it...I went back to tickemaster to see what I would have paid if I actually did use them. It would have been $270 cheaper. So Tickets on Sale.com. Is definitely more expensive. But hey, I got the tickets and didn't need to stress over it for nearly 4 months and wonder if I was going to the concert or not. Will I use then again? No. Too expensive and while they offer a buyer protection if the seller is a scammer, that could mean just a credit to use their site for future tickets. But all this is the price I pay for rushing and not paying attention. Lesson learned. I downloaded the ticketmaster app to avoid the same fate in the future.

During your purchase process, the fees are not broken down and disclosed prior to check out! Reaching out to a live agent will give customers the run around on where to view the fees at the time of check out. Buyer beware of an additional $300+ in charges. Your receipt that is emailed to you after the purchase will not show a breakdown. You will have to waste time with the customer service and they will evade the question and use fear tactics to make you think you are in the wrong. Do the math before you select purchase to get estimate of how much money in hidden additional fees are being hacked on..
