I am the only one to blame but I pais way much more than the original site for baseball tickets. 40 for 12$ worth tickets... next time I'll do my shopping better. No refund obviously.
I'm always concerned about getting that correct ticket transferred THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT. Then the explanation of downloading it, possibly having to make a new account to do it... why isn't it simple? I think that when I pay for the ticket, I should have immediate delivery and access to it..
Liked how it was a simple walk to the parking garage. Elevator was not easy and couldn't find it. Wasn't sure if we could park where it shows tenant (which was everywhere). Didn't like the fact I was surprised with having to pay to leave the garage at the end. I would expect it being a part of the price of the parking
I ordered my tickets back in March for a concert in August. The concert is in 2 days and I still haven't gotten my tickets. Their support email address says it's security risk so I have no way of contacting them.
It was a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised and would use them again.

There was nothing wrong with the site or the experience... I thought I was buying from the venue and that is on me. Just a note to pay attention as what pops up isn't necessarily what you are looking for! I apparently did receive the tickets - at around 4 or 5 times cost I think - and hopefully they will work when we get to the event! Worth the $$ to see Lukas Nelson but I try NOT to support the scalping industry (I know they call it different names now, but it is still scalping in my opinion).

My purchase and tickets for events has always been great with ticketsonsale but there are so many events i buy tickets for and only certain entities have them available. So I give this and all places I review the same rating. I hope one day all ticket selling sites can carry all event tickets.
No issues other than garage elevators were disabled at beginning making it inconvenient and difficult for 84 year old
Ordered in Canadian dollars but required to pay in US dollars. Almost doubled the price.
