I was overcharged by about $250. It should have been $400 total but I was charged over $650. Absolutely ridiculous. Highway robbery.

I paid more than three times the price for a ticket! The price was on American dollars but it didn't show on the web page, and since I live in Canada, I ended up paying a lot more. When I went to ticketmaster, the same ticket had a price of 200 Canadian dollars, and I paid 700! I tried to cancel the order but it was impossible. Never buy tickets from this scammers.

Overpriced nosebleed tickets when Original seller has lots of better seats left at a fraction of the cost.

Not a problem easy to get online and to order tickets

The site makes it easy to order but they don't give you a chance to check your order before they process the fees. So the ticket price I thought i was paying went up by over $100 when they automatically charged for it without my being able to review my order.

The tickets were in American dollars instead of Canadian.

This is very vague and seems to be a scam and can't get any info from the phone number listed really shady and the price on the web site I thought I was paying was $20 less than what they charged my bank

Good. Hard to navigate on getting the tix. Confused if I had to print the tix or use it on my mobile device

Prices were listed in USD but it was a Canadian event. No where in the page did it say USD. Only saw this on my credit card after payment had gone through.

Well, I thought I got some tickets for $110 each however four times $110 came out to be $550. A lot of service charge made it a big disappointment because I'm 75 years old and got a limited budget and you slipped in.

I went to buy a ticket and the end price was almost double what it should have been. And it never told me the total price until it charged me. I checked my bank account and saw that i was charged more than i was supposed to be. On top of all that it was incredibly difficult to reach anyone when i tried to question why i had been charged an outrageous amount. The website and pricing was incredibly deceitful. I am still waiting on a response or an update from this company.

I'm waiting on the email to get the ticket I purchased. I received one stating it's been transferred but no email on how to get it. Wondering if this site is a scam!

I made a mistake and ordered a ticket for a day I already have a ticket for and they refused to refund my money.

This is my first-time buying tickets on this web site, and it went smoothly.

Easy to use good seating selection. Fees are a little much.

I am hopeful my tickets will arrive before the show.
3 days later and they are still not in the app. No number to call for questions, chat line doesn't work, and the high fee's were shocking on my receipt.
For a first time user this is frustrating and nerve racking at the same time.
As long as my tickets eventually arrive I will be happy as I am looking for ward to the show (and the most expensive tickets I have purchased to date).

I simply think the experience should be easier and there should be a number to speak to someone for questions or concerns (and the extremely high service free's should be listed prior to purchasing from the sight).

I investigated tickets through other sites and they are much more affordable and I could have printed my tickets immediately for piece of mind.

I tried to buy tickets from my laptop and received this error message, "Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the request on this device." (I assumed it had something to do with same day tickets)
I used the app on my phone to purchase my ticket. The app would not let me choose my seat so I received the 10th seat in a row of 20!
When I went to pay for my $17 ticket I never received a sub total that should have said there were $13 in fees.
If I would have know this I would have purchased my seat at the game and received a much better seat without the fees!
BAIT AND SWITCH With VERY POOR SERVICE

The ability to be able to print my tickets was unavailable to to me. THis forced me to spend an hour on the phone to enable me to gain electronic access to my tickets. As an older individual the ability to print tickets is perferred by me. I will likely think twice before buying tickets through ticket master in the future

I was extremely surprised when I went to check out my purchase of two tickets at $15 each, only to see my total was $92+! I will never use your site again!
