The site this described the game as close to selling our. The stadium is maybe 1/3 full. Fees were not disclosed.

I'm still waiting on my tickets. They took my money immediately but my tickets didn't arrive immediately.

I was redirected to this site and had no intention to purchase tickets. I made an error as your site charges a crazy amount for tickets with no refund. Also in USD not Canadian dollars. I paid twice as much as I wanted to now I'm stuck with the bill!

The event is less than 12 hours away and still no ticket

No where did it say how much the service fee was and when it was all said and done my total was just at a hundred dollars more than what the two tickets were. Don't use unless you have to.

Didn't get 10% discount that was offered. Called customer service and no help. Very disappointed

What a complete rip off. It's going to be a bunch of reserves. And the service is absolutely shocking.

The time to purchase the tickets is very short to be able to read every singer detail of your terms and conditions. After receiving the statement from my credit card I realized there was a problem. I requested a refund and I was informed today That a refund was not possible and to try to resell them! I will only supposedly receive the tickets the day before the event. Therefore it's absurd to even suggest to "resell" something that I don't have.
I will contact my CC and cancel the purchase through them. Never, ever again will purchase anything with you. And I will make sure to mentioned to every single person I know

I had no idea that the service fee would be so extreme. It was not stated anywhere that I saw and even when I tried to find it I had to seriously LOOK. I thought I had been scammed! A $128 ticket cost $45 in fees! Outrageous!

Ticket paid in full and only available to receive in 30 days which less than 24h before the concert.

You think you're buying a $100 ticket and when you check out, it's $150. That's ridiculous and I hope the government steps in to protect this predator behavior.

Unfortunate. They collect the full amount and told me now that I will not get the tickets until the day before the show. What?
I have to book the hotel to stay in Napa now. Makes me very nervous that I am actually going to get the tickets!

Looking on line with my 2 friends to buy tickets they showed the tickets were $60. So we bought them just to find out the next day they were $240 each!

I am shocked and appalled that these are the worst seats and are costing three times as much. I understand that you post that at the top of your website. However, it seems like highway robbery- especially for this teacher on a teacher's salary.:(
I will not be recommending your site to anyone else, nor using it again.

I ordered the tickect and in a matter of minutes they were in my email to print the whole thing only rook 10,minutes

So far so good I will wait to see if the tickets are legit. But it was super easy

We purchased 4 tickets on this website for a a concert and realized immediately it was the wrong city. Within 1 minute we asked for a transfer or refund and were denied. We are out over $500+ dollars.

We also noticed the tickets were over priced by double vs StubHub and other more reputable ticket selling companies

No information provided. Thought I was parking at Center. Instead, it was a building super far away for 3 times the price. I ended up just paying for parking again at the center. Or course, a refund was refused.

Why verify and not properly staff the phone lines?

The asking price of $58.00 was high but reasonable, the added fees bringing the "real" price to $85.00 was completely unreasonable. The added fees weren't shown till checkout. I would never use the service again.
