I purchased a couple tickets to a local baseball game. The tickets through TicketsOnSale were more expensive than if I had bought them from the box office, but the tickets were in short supply, and I thought it was worth spending the extra money to guarantee I'd get tickets. I don't have an issue with the listed ticket price.
What I take issue with is the hike in price at the end of the transaction. No where before I actually committed to the purchase did the website show the transaction fees. Before I checked out, my total was $93. When I checked the receipt emailed to me, the price jumped to $134.
I'll admit, the website does inform you that they tack on a service fee, but they don't tell you how much it is. I expected it to be around $5. Instead, it was $40. That seems absurd to me for a service fee. Even then, I might not have quibbled about it if they had actually itemized my purchase during checkout so that I was correctly informed. I find it extremely shady that they don't disclose the service fee amount upfront.

I bought my tickets in april, my credit card was charged, yet you give no indication of when I'll receive them other than before the day of the show. In September. Then you spam me with emails that don't contain my tickets. I'm paranoid I accidentally deleted them, but the "contact us" button on your original email doesn't work.
I missed the first part of the show because I hadn't received the ticket and at the entrance of L'Olympia, they told me it was a fraudulous site, so I came back home very sad and angry, And finally at 8pm my ticket got into my emails, so I had to come back to L'Olympia and i missed the first part of Zucchero,

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
