We purchased parking for an event from your site which showed $19.00 but when we received the receipt it actually charged is $33.00. We called but your representative only explained that there were "fees" for this service... VERY Expensive fees almost twice the cost of the parking. We would have purchased something different had we known of you hidden fees.

Awful, bordering on fraud. Want a refund. Your prices are 3 times higher than market. I couldn't get my seats. The chat didn't work. I had no phone number to call.

Parking was $35 at location and I was charge $78 between parking cost, service fee, etc. for using tickets on sale.

Ticket master would not allow me to create an account, therefore I could not get my purchased tickets. I will try calling the 1-800 number today

Windows kept coming on that I didn't ask for. So many windows came on that my cart expired. There is no excuse for such sloppy programming.

"List" price of tickets was about $40 per ticket - the after-purchase price with taxes and fees (NOT disclosed in advance) was about $60! Once I got e-mail notification that my tickets were ready, I went to the website and got the QR codes - BUT... I could not transfer them to my iPhone - the only option was Google Android (this after telling me I need to bring Andriod or iPhone to the event to get in). So, I decided to go to the ticket website ("mlb.tickets.com") using my iPhone and access the tickets there - HA! All I got was, "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties." This is all just a crock of s**t.

I spent 125$ on a parking spot for a concert. The email to retrieve my parking info was not sent and there is no response from the 'contact us' icon. Useless! Pissed is putting it lightly

Why the hell is a concert in Canada changing in US funds. I didn't notice till after i booked. Pricks! I wouldn't have booked it if i saw before hand.

So, I bought 8 tickets for 835$ US, I thought it was a decent competitive price and I thought i was buying from ticket master, totally my mistake, I was in a hurry. So same tickets are 71$ cdn from ticket master, I paid close to dbl the price. So I'm not too Happy about that

This site is a scam. It's disgusting to operate a business this way!

The search and address was similar to ticketmaster.

During the order, Subtotal in visible and clear BUT there is a small text at the bottom...
Example: 'I understand that I will be charged $203.97 to my selected method of payment.'

Then you discover the total amount by email
