Beware! They will take your money online and then when you show up to park, they won't let you! And of course there is no one there to help!

I purchased tickets, but I was unhappy that they will e-mail me later to actually send me the tickets so I can download them on my phone. I prefer to get the tickets immediately when I buy them not wait. So I am a bit nervous about actually getting the tickets sent to me before the concert on July 25.

The event was abruptly rescheduled to a date that I cannot make. I reached out to Ticketsonsale to get a refund for the event, they said "too bad" they can't do anything about it. I was under the assumption that I have buyer's protection. I guess not. I will never use Ticketsonsale again.

Bought overpriced tickets. App never showed my purchase. Only got tickets via email 3 days before the concert. Concert was terrible.

Using this for the 1st time. Got a great deal on the tickets. I also received the tickets in minutes.

I went through the venues website to buy the tickets I purchased. I paid $35 per ticket but when I found the original marketing for the event it said it was selling tickets for $15. Not a great impression to just take extra money from people during this time period.

Price was in American dollars, but through the purchase process, it was not indicated until the very end, in small print, which I did not notice. I live in Canada, and bought a ticket for a venue in my hometown, and had no reason to think the price indicated was not Canadian currency. Also, I paid $650 Canadian for my two tickets, and found out later similar seats sold for $100 directly from the venue. Never again!

I printed a receipt for the ticket purchase...why can i not use this ticket receipt for entrance into the concert on October 22? Not everyone has a cell phone

I bought concert tickets and want to put them in my Apple wallet but I am unable for some reason. I spent a lot of money on these tickets. I hope I didn't get scammed by TicketsOnSale but it feels like I did. I won't ever use this service again unless something changes!

The site charged me in US dollars, I am in Canada and the event is down the street. This was not disclosed. I could have purchased the same tickets in CAD and been charged $200 less.

I did not realize the ticket was GA parking for 250.00. I had already bought GA ticket for 50.00. There is no way to cancel. This is the last time I buy parking like this.

I purchased tickets for the Asia show at the OLG Stage, but the app will not work on my older phone. A company rep was able to show me how I could still get my tickets and display them when entering the venue. I tried his suggestion and it worked.

Extra fees on top of ticket price. I feel like it's a ripoff. Ridiculous charged two different fees

Your not helpful at all you should have different ways of delivering the tickets to the buyer.
