The parking place was listed at around $80 dollars. When I checked out the price had gone to $141.

1. The email that I received is different than the site I booked so I thought it was spam or scam.
2. Paper tickets should be an option.

Not allowed to resell when bought for trip to Canada. Plans changed but could not resell as I didn't have a Canadian bank account.
This didn't appear to be a problem when purchasing!

Had to get a refund because the tickets they sent me weren't real. Absolute horrible customer service

I didn't even get tickets. I want my money back. I called the day I ordered and was told they couldn't return my money.

Scalped tickets. Do not buy. I accidentally got linked to this website and tried to buy pre-sale tickets for a concert and got scammed. Not "re-sale" for a scalped ticket price

Horrible customer service. A purchase was made by mistake using my details; I realized it 2 minutes later and contacted customer service right away. They denied a cancellation. Zero empathy and appreciation for the customer. I'll never buy on this site again.

I searched for good seats for a Tiger game, found them and was able to purchase quite easily.

Although our event was cancelled we got immediate refund.

I purchased a 3 day pass to a CrossFit Event and they sent me a single day pass. When I reached out to their customer service they attempted to help, but sent me a link to the "correct tickets" which led to a 404 page not found error.

No customer service, no reply contact. Total scam. Triple charged me box office price for my one ticket. My fault for clicking the first link that was provided.

Went to purchase some parking passes. Price said $45 plus tax and fees, but fees were not clear. Only after I pressed purchase did my total say $85

I accidentally purchased the tickets through your site thinking I was on the venue itself. Your markup on the tickets is ridiculous!

When I reviewed my bill for a recent event (4 tickets), I realized over $100 CAD was added to my bill. I called and was told that I would have seen this before making the online payment. However, I did not see it and I suspect that it was in such fine print that it was hard to see. This left a very sour taste and a very bad customer experience. Never again will I book with TicketsOnSale. I was burned once but never again.

Tickets overpriced, should've waited for Ticketmaster.
