Totally was misled about the cost of the parking spot I bought they charged me 50% of the actual price of the spot just in a fee.

Process was easy, still waiting on actual tickets to be sent. Also shouldn't be require to compete a review.

Ordering here was easier than ticket master. I like that it shows the available seats together.

I get paid for reviews so I find this rather obtrusive. Seriously, if you have any horse sense you won't publish this.

I got the AXS app. When I went on, the 1st name was Apple ( not my name) and the password was something I'd never seen before. And there were no tickets. I deleted the account and put in my info and was able to get login to my account to retrieve the tickets.

As someone who doesn't go to concerts often, it would help my understand the layout of the venue more if their was more info on where the specific seat was in the section. As is, I just saw what sections there were. I didn't know where in the section the seats I selected were.

Easy and quick no Problems except I have to use 50 characters so I won't get more emails.

The entire process was fast and easy. The site was easy to navigate.

I was confused when I was told that I needed to transfer my tickets from a 3rd party seller. Raised my anxiety level quite a bit.

Scam. They will charge you a ridiculous service charge and won't let you get a refund. Never use this

The tickets are on the top level, advertised on the site for $189 each, I ordered 2 and paid for them. Imagine my surprise when I was charged $525.00 with NO explanation! I separately purchased cancelation insurance, so the additional $147.00 was charged to my card and I don't know why! Unacceptable! *******377

I had no issues during the purchasing of my tickets. I will wait for further confirmation and delivery.

It was very easy to pick out where the seats were located and the price range. I had enough time to buy 2 tickets without feeling rushed.

You can't zoom in on seats. You also can't save your tickets while you're looking.

It was not clear to me that the ticket prices were in USD. It is apparent at check out and it might be before, however with the show in Vancouver I would never anticipate the cost being in another currency.

The final price was not even close to the amount for the tickets. There were $62 of hidden fees per ticket! There is no itemized receipt so I have no clue how the total amount was calculated.

Had no problems getting tickets. Just wish I could transfer the tickets to my Apple Phone wallet for easy access. Other than that, no problems at all.

Processing Fee was $150+ for 2 tickets. Quite a ridiculous amount considering I check myself out and don't speak to anyone.
