DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam company that takes your money before they even own the tickets. Customer service is terrible and I still haven't received the tickets I purchased. I will be contesting the charge with my credit card company.

I got the AXS app. When I went on, the 1st name was Apple ( not my name) and the password was something I'd never seen before. And there were no tickets. I deleted the account and put in my info and was able to get login to my account to retrieve the tickets.
As someone who doesn't go to concerts often, it would help my understand the layout of the venue more if their was more info on where the specific seat was in the section. As is, I just saw what sections there were. I didn't know where in the section the seats I selected were.
