Picking my tickets to keeping me updated on the tickets was very informative and gave me information on when my tickets will come available so I can transfer them to my wallet.
I purchased my tickets the night of the performance. My payment went through but it took a little bit to receive my tickets to download. When I finally received the email, I had problems downloading the tickets. There was an "error code" each attempt I made. I was worried that I had been scammed. I attempted to reach customer service via "chat" and that took a little bit also. I was finally able to get help with my email and code for tickets. The staff was excellent and understood my frustration. In the end, she had to send me the code, tickets to download. I was relieved that I had them. My only concern was that I did not have a choice to select my seats. I would have preferred to pick my seats. It was frustrating to be sat in the middle. Too many people get up several times during the performance. I would have rather picked seats alone and not have to deal with annoying people.
Easy to do, but fees too high. Will be contacting customer service to get better seats. Site needs to better communicate when the view is obstructed before you purchase the tickets.
