I mistakenly purchased 6 tickets for Pink Floyd Laser show. I only wanted 2. During the checkout process I somehow skipped the section where you select number of tickets. Apparently your app has pre-filled the number 6 instead of 0 so I accidentally finished the checkout process and then discovered my mistake. I immediately called customer service and was basically told there was nothing you would do and I stuck with the financial burden of my honest mistake. I just wanted 2 tickets. I understand your policy, but it was an honest mistake and I called within 1 hour of purchase to notify you of my human error.

Electronic tickets should be made available immediately especially when it cost $400! Instructions are not clear on even HOW my e-ticket will come and from what email address. My ticket will be made available November 27? Never will I ever use this service again!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
