I tried on multiple emails that I received to check my order status and it didn't give me any information. In my confirmation email it says it won't give me the access to the tickets until the day before. On Ticketmaster I got them right away. Really didn't want to wait until the day before to send the tickets to my son and his girlfriend. It's a hassle and makes me nervous to have to transfer it last minute.
All went smoothly and so far, I'm very pleased with this ticket site.
