Mistakenly bought tickets through this third-party seller, and have heard mixed reviews. I have spoken to a customer service rep who assured me everything is legitimate, and I will happily change my rating once I have received my tickets.
My main concern is the reviews that mentioned not getting their tickets until an hour before the show, or not getting them at all. This does make planning difficult, and I have put my trust in the company that I will receive my tickets and everything will work out.
My experience was fantastic. It was easy to get my tickets i downloaded them and we went to the game and had a blast. We were in town for a conference and we were looking for something to do you went online and found some tickets.

The overall experience was great! The only thing that is frustrating, I received an email after my purchase about special prices. These prices on seat were in the same are or closer and cheaper than what I had just paid. If that's the case there should be an option to switch to the better seats that are closer and cheaper.
I bought 3 tickets and obviously wanted them together but selecting by seat wasn't an option at all throughout this process. I paid for my tickets only to find out the seats are definitely not together.
I wish that I hadn't seen where some people hadn't received their tickets. These are a gift for my daughter and the thoughts of me gifting her this concert and then getting there and not having tickets makes me extremely nervous. The process of buying the tickets themselves were easy, it was weird that I had to confirm my purchase by phone as I had never had to do that but the customer service rep was very nice. Don't scam me!
Since my order, I have received one to two emails a day. Other than that, it was fine.
It was next to impossible to do on my phone. Switched to using two devices as I forget my password and couldn't get back to the necessary screen. Once that was fixed it was easy.
Ok... do wish the tickets were available sooner, always concerned about scamming and want them in hand.

It went well had no problems everything went as I expected it to service was easy to use
And on top of that, there is zero cancelation policy (according to all emailed information that comes with your purchase). No concert is worth these scalper prices and obscenely high additional charges. I do not intend to use ticketsonsale a second time.
Just waiting to add tickets to wallets on phone but online tickets make it easier to get full access to great concerts and events
This way of purchase was a little easier, but the confusion of when my tickets will be sent over is a little stressful.
