I've ordered and paid for my tickets, but it's a bit off-putting to have wait for them to be available to me. I worry that I may have to track them down last minute before the show, and I'm not very excited to have to continously check if they've become available.

Fees are far too exorbitant, forcing app delivery is lazy and creates a poor buying experience. It reflects negatively on the artist relying on your service. If you are going to charge so much for your fees, at least provide a good experience.
I'll never use this service again, their service charges are a rip-off (far worse than another ridiculous company Ticketmaster).
