Ordering was easy, and so far, the experience has been good.
The buying and printing part went very well. I received an email with a link to the tickets, where (as instructed) I clicked "ok" and printed the tickets. I guess that email, with the link, was the "confirmation email"? Because it didn't say so. It would be more helpful (maybe to someone slow like me LOL), if it said "confirmation" somewhere in that email so I wasn't expecting something else.
I like paper tickets! The saving of your ticket stub to prove that you saw the person. I'm old school. Getting the tickets on my phone is a pain!

They didn't list the price in USD until the end, when I realized I was charged almost $500 (CAD) I called to ask why it was posted earlier, I spoke with someone named Reg only to be told in not so many words too bad, if you don't want you tickets then you sell them. Couldn't speak to a manager to a supervisor, couldn't get any details other then "we're third party, sorry".
Everything went smooth and there were no complications! My experience was great!
