It was an OK experience. We are technologically challenged so it took us a bit but we got it.
It's nerve wracking to not see actual bar codes when you receive the tickets. I saw barcodes the day before the concert which can be disconcerting. It showed section, row, and seat but there was no barcode until the day before the concert.
I never feel great about the process until I see the barcode….then I'm good.
I am flying 3500 miles to see this show and find out after the purchase of the tickets that I don't get the tickets until the day before the show. Seems pretty shady. The customer service link doesn't work it just sends you back to concert selections.
Super easy experience. I purchased an additional ticket for an event our group already had tickets for.
