I purchased some tickets for a show that was coming up on 12/1 and electronic email was supposed to be sent to me but it never came. The representative that I spoke to stated he was going to reach out to the third party and ask them to resubmit the electronic email. It arrived the next day.
I got the original price of the ticket, then when I hit by there was an extra $70 in fees. I have yet to see a itemized receipt for what they all are. They are good seats it will be a great show. I just think I should have shopped around more, as I don't think I got a very good deal.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
