I bought a parking ticket for a Jeezy in Atlanta and when I got to the garage the ticket was an expired ticket so I have to repurchase and ticket. I've still yet to receive a refund or confirmation of a refund

My cell service does not conform with ticketmaster. I had no option to receive my tickets. Its on you to make sure that I know or have a ticketmaster account prior to purchase.
I purchased the tickets on May 30th and it's July 29th and so have not received them. The confirmation email said they would be available by July 31st, but it's still cutting it close for a concert on August 1st
