The contact button on the website did not work so I wasn't able to reach anyone for 20 minutes and then was told my transaction was already confirmed so I couldn't cancel. So I will enjoy the show for double what it should have cost.
The fees seem a bit excessive but overall it was a seamless experience.
Paid $60 after fees for parking. When getting to the event it was $30 on the spot.

As this is a manual transfer of ticket don't panic if it doesn't send to you in minutes, if buying last minute I would suggest buying at least 2 hours before showtime.
Simple and easy and cost effective
I had questions about my ticket delivery & they were answered quickly.
We ordered tickets for the 4:00 matinee, but was issued the 8:00pm show instead. I called/chatted as soon as the confirmation arrived - a few hours after placing the order - but TicketsOnSale was unwilling to correct mistake. Plenty of seats were available for the show we wanted/requested, as we were taking our young granddaughter there for her birthday. I was disconnected both times I attempted to make a correction via your site/chat. Very poor customer service! Will not use TicketsOnSale again.
/Glad 6 tickets were available together. The purchase was very simple and easy. We wish they didn't add a $20 fee to each ticket.
