I tried to buy tickets to the ballet, the nutcracker, I had to go to a different site to buy the tickets, they wouldn't just send me the tickets, they said i had to wait for them to be e-mailed to me, then they didn't e-mail them until almost 3:00 today, but they sent me an e-mail at 11:07 saying did i get the tickets, so I was very worried that i wasn't going to be able to get the tickets. This whole way of doing this is not good.
I got multiple messages to confirm my tickets….it was a little annoying.
Too many steps to get actual digital ticket, instructions confusing. Not user friendly.
The contact button on the website did not work so I wasn't able to reach anyone for 20 minutes and then was told my transaction was already confirmed so I couldn't cancel. So I will enjoy the show for double what it should have cost.
