I purchased tickets in good faith and your company mistakenly sent me tickets for the wrong event. With most companies, fixing it is as easy as a phone call; however, ticketsonsale only has online chat, which creates a lot of stress when one starts to think they've been ripped off for nearly $300. Online chat isn't as easy to deal with as an actual person on the line. Additionally, your rep told me my issue would not be resolved for up to 5 business days, which is past the ticketing event date. In addition, the corrected tickets you sent me have someone else's name on them, so I'm still extremely unsure that I'll even get into the event I paid so much to see. All of this turns what should be a pleasant experience into a time-consuming, stress-inducing experience. And since you won't or can't correct the name on the ticket you issued me (and put my name on it), I'll be worried about this up until I walk into the theatre on the day of the event. Suffice it to say, it was a negative experience all around even though you all attempted to rectify things (the tickets still aren't issued to the correct person). In any case, I'll never use your service again and I'll be sure to let my social connections know of this experience and dissuade them from using this company.

I ended up paying almost $150 in fees for my 4 tickets that if I have noticed that I was not on the Cirque du Soleil site would have saved me almost $250!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
