My reserved sear was for row R, but the rows just went to row P. There was a row of folding chairs that would have counted as row Q, but no tow R

But we saw the show a d o lyrics had to move a few times for people that wanted their exact seat. I paid a little more for seats higher up and come to find out the entire section had the same view.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Wynonna/Melissa Etheridge concert at Red Rocks in August. I was able to get the seats I wanted and the purchasing experience went without any difficulty. I received a confirmation within minutes. My only question at some point is how to access my tickets on line through AXS. I'm sure customer service will be able to assist.
It is difficult to understand how I can't get ticket confirmation until a day before the show yet you can charge my credit card for the transactions, most cards don't get charges until service is rendered and confirmed

I am Canadian and I clicked on Ticketmaster through the Casino Windsor, Ontario. However, to my discovery I paid Canadian money but in American funds because I was not aware that Ticketmaster that I was in contact with was American, not Canadian. I am not happy that I was routed to an American site, unaware of the fact.
This order has been good so far. My husband order some tickets too that we need to sell and it's been a little more clunky because it's not as cut and dry like Ticketmaster or other sites. It may be user error but trying to use the Lysted website has been a nightmare. Hopefully we don't get stuck w the extra tickets.

I'm not sure why I had to confirm my ticket purchase? I've never had to do that before with other events. Makes me think it didn't work or I didn't buy it correctly.
They ask you to get ticket "protection" and then do not honor it. I had to sell my tickets at a lower price by myself. Nothing was protected. It's a way for them to scam you out or more money

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
