So far so good. It's premature to ask for a survey when I have t received the tickets yet
It's my first time buying tickets in this website but it's not that bad. The process was fast and I received further instructions that were helpful. The only thing I would say it's that the fees are a little expensive.
I've received an email with an order number. And it tells me I'll have a transfer of the tickets by the event date. Just makes me nervous to have blind faith that it'll work out the way it's supposed to. I hope with as much optimism as my persons allows. As long as it does work out smoothly, my rating of tickets on sale will be a 5/5, and would personally recommend to anyone.

I found it very easy to move through the process of purchasing tickets and viewing the venue.
I realized too late that I was ordering from a 3rd party vendor & paying way more for tickets. I tried to get a refund after I received a confirmation email telling me I would get my tickets THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT! They would not refund & I have no way of knowing if I will get my tickets until it will be too late to do anything about it.
Very easy to buy tickets but wished they were delivered to my email rather than cellular.
I was looking for a Christmas gift for my wife and saw two seats for Les Miserable for a great price.
I selected the seats and received the tickets within just a few minutes.
Easy to figure out, received tickets same day. Would use them again to purchase tickets to other events.
The rate was $48.00. But after the add on fees, it was close to $75.00! That's outrageous. I'll know better next time.
