So far so good, won't get my tickets until the day before the show. No issues so far!
I had a few issues but with help of the chat line and associate it was solved
Seat numbers are not clear when purchasing tickets, had to call to inquire and then was told I wouldn't know until after tix were delivered. Was told that at least of tickets were purchased together they'd be seated together which was accurate.
Too difficult to add the tickets to my apple wallet. Was never able to do this. Very clunky transaction will probably not use again
Found out that they charged me double in the average ticket price and would not give me a refund. Call back within 10 minutes of purchase.

I recently purchased tickets to the durham bulls game. I have paid for the seats, but I have not received my tickets yet. It would be nice to know that the tickets have been secured and that I have my seats.
