You can not see the specific seats you're buying and I haven't received my tickets to give to the recipients as a gift. I do not appreciate being forced to leave a review either.
I received a confirmation email but it indicates the tickets won't be available until the day before the concert. That makes me a little nervous.
Services fees were not shown and are very, very high! I will not use this service again. If I had know, I was paying $162 as a service fee for 3 tickets I would not have made the purchase. Full disclosure was not given before I paid. I did not know about the service fee until I received a confirmation e-mail. They did on the other hand have lots of tickets for sale.
Straight forward ticket purchase and once released it will be easy to get tickets
At first I was a little hesitant going with a ticket website I've never tried before but it exceeded my expectations! I received my ticket within a week and during that time I was sent emails regarding if I've received my ticket. It was relieving to know TicketsOnSale was persistent in making sure I got my ticket! I will be purchasing from them again in the near future. It gained my trust and confidence in them!
Tickets are available for half the price. They pretend to be a legit ticket agent, but they are not, they simply trick you into purchasing from them at twice the price. No cancellation allowed. It's a legit scam. Should be illegal.

The FEES are outrageous! Also I ordered two tickets and my seats don't appear to be side by side.
Negative in that I was offered a parking options only to discover had I paid cash on way it the cost would have been substantially lower. No value in this service.
