I find this process very confusing. I'm still not sure how to get my tickets.

After arriving at the concert, I only had the copy of my receipt that I paid you for the tickets and discovered I had paid $200 more than if I had purchased them through Ticketmaster.

Unfortunately at the end, I got a reply saying the tickets didn't go through. So I thought I had to reorder the tickets again, half way reordering a sign came up and I didn't finish it.Checked to be sure I didn't lose the site and left the site. Shortly after I got a confirmation. It was very odd.

Good except for this I should not have to take a survey and I do not want to take a survey just to get some tickets

I have the tickets in the TIcketMaster app but they are not in my wallet. Not sure how this is done, thus my anxiety.

Seems good thus far, let's see that the gift works in a couple of months.

Would not take land line phone number had to use a cell phone but don't text so this really becomes a problem.
