Website was misleading about the cost of the tickets! I purchased 4 tickets and it said 4 Tickets $230, it DID NOT say $230 each! It didn't tell me what my total charge was going to be until after I checked out! Had I seen it was going to be $1200 I would not of proceeded with checkout! I called to try and explain the situation to customer service and they were not helpful at all and told me my money couldn't be refunded, so you stole $1200 from me! I also purchased the Ticket protection plan that cost me $116 that I was also not aware of that cost until after I checked out! I was supposed to get an email about the protection plan with a phone number to contact them and I never got that email either! Altogether a really horrible $#*!ty experience! I will never use you guys again for anything! And if anyone tells me they are thinking of booking tickets through you, I'll advise them against it!

I am unsure when I will receive my tickets that I purchased last week. I also was unsure of the breakdown of fees being charged.
Had 6 tickets available, there was a drop down to order 4 or 2, I only wanted 4 so ordered the 4. When I made the purchase I noticed the amount was a lot more than what I anticipated. The purchase was for all 6 tickets. I waited until the next morning to call, assuming no one available,@ 11pm-12am, that time of the evening. Wouldn't cancel or exchange the tickets because the confirmation had gone through. I would have to resell thru another 3rd party vendor! Who knew if I could even resell them? According to Ticketsonsale, there would be no problem? But who knows, I sure did not want to be stuck with 10 tickets. Very upset, will NEVER use them again!
Taken advantage of your ticket sales & no possibility of reimbursement once I discovered the actual cost of a ticket & your highly inflated ticket price & charging the ticket to me in Canada in American dollars! Shame on you
I thought I was buying directly from the venue as that is what I searched. Not until after making the purchase was I told this was a 3rd party entity and that my tickets could be more expensive. I found the original site and learned I was charged 3x the ticket cost. I have learned my lesson.
I thought I was buying directly from flynn center. This is deceiving.
