Hi! I got multiple emails with instruction as to how to receive the tickets I purchased. I've never used this site before and am confused because one email said I needed to make immediate action to receive the tickets by making an account somewhere, that wasn't stated, but I did receive a second email from the seller saying tickets would be available the day of the event.
I'm not sure if I'm overthinking it but I have struggled getting the actual tickets before from different venues and it would be good to know that I am for sure getting the tickets! It's a ways away to this event but I was just confused by both emails saying sort of different things. Again if this is just how things are done and tickets will be available day of then no problems and everything else went smoothly! Cheers :)

The site was easy to use, but there is no other option than receiving physical tickets by mail (UPS) the week of the show. That makes me so uncomfortable. What if they're late? What if they don't show up? Also, these were a gift and I don't have an actual printable ticket to give. Just a printout of the email receipt and a screenshot I printed of the concert date. That kinda sucks.

I recently searched for tickets to a comedy show coming to my town and the Google Search Results put this site at the top of the results. I visited the site to see if the tickets were available, and while they were on restricted presale through the venue, TicketsOnSale represented them as available and at the same cost ($110) as the venue site. I decided to move forward with purchasing them, but then when I clicked into the Shopping Cart it showed the tickets as $1,100 each and additional service fees of $300+ dollars, making the total for 2 tickets $2,500+. I thought I must have made a mistake in the quantity, so I tried to back out of the cart. The site navigation was very deceptive - so much so it seemed very purposeful, and the next thing I know, I am directed to a page that says my order is confirmed. I immediately reached out to TicketsOnSale, expressed that it was a mistake made minutes earlier and they said that 1) They don't actually have tickets to the event yet - they will be trying to acquire them for me...and 2) That they won't grant refunds or cancelations for any purpose what so ever. The site and business are terrible and an outright scam. Most ticket resellers charge fees, but this is clearly meant to be a deception created to trick people into thinking they are getting one thing, and then bait and switching them, and refusing to refund anyone. I am canceling payment on my credit card and will be reporting them to any agencies I can.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
