When i initially went to purchase tickets for the show in question, i wanted three tickets together. The system would only allow me two or four tickets for the same row. I later went back on and found a way to get three tickets together, which I purchased. However, when purchasing the three tickets inadvertently found that I had also purchased the first two tickets, which was not my intention. I went through the chat system for relief of paying for the two ticket purchase (#*******). The person told me that they would not issue a refund unless the show was cancelled. I have gone through VISA who is working to remedy this for me. It would be great if you would do the proper thing and cancel the tickets and issue me a refund.

I purchased the tickets on a concert at the NAC in Ottawa trough that web site and was not good surprised when company charged for 31CA tickets 50$ +25$ fee and added there extra fee for sending this tickets by e-mail (9$).
I checked the price at the original web site of NAC, the origin price is 31 CAD.
So, at the end price of a two tickets was 151 CAD and I couldn't make a refund because of their policy.
So I made a mistake by purchasing through that web site while should have buy them at the origin NAC web site since I'm in Ottawa.
I just wanted to confirm my ticket purchase, I didn't want to write a review. Please going forward provide an option to just confirm the purchase. On the upside, purchasing was quick and very easy.

It was no better or worse than other popular venues! How secure is your site? Above all my greatest concern would be information security.
Well - the site is very good and easy to use. Everything communication wise happened as it should. However - due to my own lack of research - the tickets cost $100 more each than the ticket price. I should not have bought them - there were many seats available directly from the venue. Lesson learned!
And… once committed - there is no going back.
Will not use the service again.
