It was easy and fast lots of email updates. I got at least 4 emails in the last week or so
I was able to get my tickets but it didnt load the first time. I had to go back in my emails find the confirmation, download the app, change my password and then refresh the page to get my ticket
I thought I was purchasing directly from the Fox Theater but apparently this website pops-up for you to purchase tickets. The price listed showed at $180.00 each I selected the 2 tickets and checked out. BUT nowhere did a price show up before it charged my creditcard. So I assumed the normal 10% fee but was SHOCKED when the total came to $
The tickets are said to arrive the day before the show. Why would I review the experience before I have received anything?

Quick and easy to find shows and access good tickets, categories, seat locations all great.
I paid over $500 for 2 tickets to see the Nutcracker. When I first saw the price, it stated $108 for each ticket. After clicking and making the purchase, the final price was over $500 for 2 tickets. At checkout, I was never able to see the breakdown. If I missed it, that was my error. However, it doesn't change the fact that the prices were unbelievably high. I communicated with customer service via their chat room asking if they could give me some sort of credit for the confusion I experienced, but they informed me that it was unlikely that would happen. I was disappointed that nothing could be resolved.

There are way too many emails. Once the purchase is made, just provide the tickets.
Too many transfers and passwords. Ultimately making me login in with Ticketmaster. These multiple transitions will cause me to look to other srevices.
