Attempted to purchase tickets last week for Manheim Steamroller matinee show. Tickets were limited availability. Tried again today and got great tickets.
My experience was feeling like I wasn't dealing with an ethical company. I overpaid, didn't realize was US dollars until I hit enter, so doubly overpaid, and discovered that the 'real' venue still had lots of seat choices left and at Canadian prices. There of course is no recourse, even if you call minutes later when you realize it's a US company.
Tickets are overpriced. Purchased tickets only to find out I overpaid $360. Buyer beware!
Getting the tickets was easy. Then a confirmation came in, so far so normal. Then I got an email asking if I'd gotten the confirmation. I said yes. I then got another asking the same question. And then another asking the same question. Once was more than enough.
