First time using this service. Not sure why ticket insurance was needed... Also, a delivery fee for the tickets when they come via Email? Just sounds like extra greed.
I purchased tickets for Jersey boys from this company. Still have not seen the actual tickets. I emailed Phoenix Theater and they sent a reply stating they found my account and sent me a receipt for 2 tickets for 96.00 each. My total came to 192.00. I was charged 377.00! I also paid 32 for insurance.
At this point I do not trust this company and filed a fraud charge with my credit card company against tickets for sale. I have the receipt from Phoenix theater see attached.

The tickets are good tickets being resold to you. However they add $35 service charges to the ticket price shown. You don't see actual price until after you are billed.
After I purchased tickets from this site I learned that tickets in the same section were being sold for cheaper on other sites.
I get an error repeatedly when trying to accept the tickets. Not sure if I'm getting the tickets.
