Tickets were super easy to purchase and arrived quickly, however I wasn't aware until after I purchased them that I paid $100 more for my tickets that I could have got from Ticketmaster so I was pretty upset over that. In the future I now know to check other options as well before making a final purchase.

Website appearance is sketchy. Doesnt have the depth of a credible sales page, especially when directly linked to Riverbend. I almost bailed but, i looked at reviews and credentials. I would have used Ticketmaster had the price not been better.
I purchased tickets for the January 1st anyma concert at the sphere on November 21st. They didn't have one ticket available and told me two tickets, they told me the tickets will be sent to me in an email on November 30 (today). I emailed them to double check if I am getting an email and I still have not received any email confirmation. I'm afraid I'm being SCAMMED! If so how does this website exist? I've seen class action LAWSUITS on Facebook about this website which made me email their customer support
