I ordered tickets paid with PayPal and got the message that my card was declined and therefore the ticket sale didn't go through. I bought tickets directly via BSO and found them at half the price that TicketsOnSale offered. Then I found out a day later that the (declined) purchase on TicketsOnSale went through. I have four tickets now instead of two.
Why is there a survey after every on-line purchase seeking 5 star reviews. Do your job and send me what I ordered and I won't complain on-line.
