Still unsure whether or not I'm actually getting tickets or you are m ailing them...and when I visited the venue's site for this event, you are overcharging for the tickets & include an outrageous fee.
Additionally, you can't cancel the purchase, why isn't that an option within so many hours?

The whole process was very confusing. Why can't you just purchase the tickets and get a confirmation email? Why are there so many steps? That makes it feel like a scam.
Would have been helpful to see approx cost of the tickets in Canadian Dollars before closing the sale.
