Your policy of not refunding tickets is extremely frustrating. I made this error and immediately tried to get a refund and was blocked by your policy. I understand the issues with refunds, but if given within a 24 hour period, you'd likely have greater customer satisfaction.
During the purchase of the tickets you must provide a feasible address. However when doing so it doesn't allow for addresses outside of the United States that may not have a state code. Hence, the only way possible to access the tickets was for me to book my hotel and provide there address for my ticket options. I also was not able to make contact with the customer service representative fir TicketsOnSale when I originally called.
I don't love this forced review but you won't stop pestering me about my receipt of my confirmation email until I do one so here you go. You could have more than 2 stars if not for this.
You need to identify that prices are inUS dollars immediately…. Not just at checkout…left a. Very bad taste
