Anywhere else I buy tickets, I get the tickets shortly after buying them. The confirmation email is confusing, I still don't have the tickets. I like to plan and I like to have things ready. Why don't I have the tickets? Second, when I used my PayPal to pay for these tickets, it didn't give me a summary or anything about what I was paying for. $97 in service charges? I would have went somewhere else. That's absolutely ridiculous.
