Parking pass was paid in advance and paid $75. Upon arriving at the garage, I would have only had to pay $35. We requested a refund as soon as we orders the pass and saw the high price but were told that wasn't possible.
I think the mark-up you have on the seats are extremely exaggerated. I feel like I was blindsided. My other concern is, while the confirmation does indicate row N, it does not have the two seats in the row documented. I'm very nervous paying over $400 for each seat (over $800 total) and not having this information or commitment on the exact seats in row N.
I wanted to see where the seats might be located but the site gives no information. The site also gives no information pertaining to the ridiculous $100 dollar processing fee. You cannot cancel the order once you find out even though the tickets will not be received until the day of the event. This is a scammy trash service that I will never use again.
Not sure why I cannot receive my tickets electronically thru e mail I am not comfortable using my phone for these types of transactions. I like something I can print and physically show at boxoffice.
I was very surprised to learn that I bought tickets for a game in my hometown of Victoria in Canada and paid in Us dollars. Although the service was good I will not do this again. It was not clear that I was paying in US dollars so overpaid by $15.00.

This site is nothing but a total SCAM & FRAUD. First of all it sells the tickets to you 50% more expensive than its original price in other sites like the Ticketmaster. Secondly they sell the Canadian events in US Dollar which is anther 40% higher with the exchange rate without even mentioning that in purchasing process. Third and the most important is the customer service of this site. I have contacted them several times to address all the above issues and there was no response at all!
