It was my first time purchasing parking tickets and it was easy and confirmation was delivered fast.
The ticket selling platform was relatively intuitive. It would be even more convenient if one could see the exact seats being purchased, rather than simply the section. I was not pleased with all of the additional fees and taxes, which ultimately increased the price of the five tickets I purchased by 23%. While all ticket vendors seem to allow reselling now, I found this experience to be incredibly opaque, expensive, and frustrating. Finally, the volume of emails about the ticket purchase seemed a bit excessive. I definitely appreciate more communication than insufficient communication, but I think one email noting that "your ticket is coming..." should be sufficient. I received at least 3.

Even though I purchased the tickets Jan 2nd, I may not receive the tickets until Jan. 16th and my event is Jan 17th. I will be flying to my event on the 17th and I would certainly like to have the tickets in my possession before I arrive.
