I had a follow up chat to insure that my purchase had gone through
I was a little nervous at first because I thought I got scammed. I did call Soring Eagle Casino. They were not aware of anything. On their message it said they do not accept third-party tickets so I'm still hoping I will be able to get into the concert with these tickets although it has somebody else's name on them.

The fees are ridiculously high. Prompts on the site are easy to trigger for added fees. If my purchase includes any of these additional costs, they were in error and should be refunded. The confirmation receipt shows one lump sum and doesn't show the fee breakdown which is very disappointing.
Confused about when i actually will get my tickets. After checking out and paying site says "tickets will be delivered the day before concert". Other sites agreeing checking out will give me the ticket and scan code. Still hoping everything works out and we actually get our tickets
